Estrosense Reviewed Honestly

WomenSense EstroSense
I’m going to take a few minutes and give an honest review of Estrosense. The good and the bad, the proven and unproven, to give you the facts so you can make an informed decision on whether you should or shouldn’t use it.

What is Estrosense

An all-natural supplement designed to help women with hormonal imbalance especially during menopause. It is comprised of;
· Indole-3-Carbinol –from broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables to help balance hormones and healthy estrogen metabolism that is supposed to help manage symptoms of menopause
· Calcium-D-Glucarate –natural substance found in fruit and vegetables, removal of harmful toxins and carcinogens
· milk thistle extract –natural antioxidants to help remove toxins and enhance the immune system
· sulforaphan –also a natural antioxidant that helps remove toxins and enhances the immune system

How it works

It provides the body with natural compounds that help produce and absorb needed hormones to maintain a balance. The detoxification effects can eliminate toxins and carcinogens that will lower the chances of the user developing cancer.

Advantages and disadvantages

There are several advantages and disadvantages to estrosense.
The advantages are that it is all natural, helps estrogen but also progesterone levels, detoxification properties, aids in lowering the danger of breast cancer.
The disadvantages are doses are 2 to 4 capsules which could get expensive, detoxing can cause mood changes, and recent studies on milk thistle shows there may have a negative result in reducing breast cancer.

Scientific proof

Unfortunately there is little to no proof scientifically that Estrosense works to reduce the symptoms of menopause. It is sold as a detoxifier to rid the body of toxin and restore hormonal balance to reduce the risk of cancers from toxins in the body. More scientific proof will have to come from research before I can honestly say that it is scientifically proven.
Seeing results may vary from user to user when it comes to menopause symptoms since the supplement is actually for the use of detoxifying. There is no time frame given on when you may see results.

Final opinion

First discuss with your doctor before starting this supplement, also be aware that it may or may not help menopausal symptoms.
